nIt is an approximately 4’9″ x 4′ 8″ space in an unfurnished basement. Since it is in a home it maintains a relatively comfortable temperature range. Basement has security windows and only one entry. Renter must be OK with only having access to space when the home owner is available.

nHome owner will work with you get access to the space. The door to the basement is a couple feet from the door leading to an attached garage. Renter will be able to use this proximity to move items swiftly.

nHome owner also uses basement for some storage, so you can be assured the area is kept in good condition. The space available to renter is marked with tape. Tarp or sheets may be available to protect stored items from dust/cobwebs. Items will be left alone, and the home owner is not responsible for damage due to a random home or natural catastrophe or a theft within the home.

nHome owner does have a cat, but he is never allowed in the basement.
