nSpace is an approximately 6’3″ x 5′ 1″ walk-in closet, complete with shelving and racks for hangers. Since it is in a home it maintains a relatively comfortable temperature range. Hoever, becuase this space is converted attic space, it is subject to greater temperature swings. That said, owner has stored own things in there until recently and the attic will be insulated in the near future.

nRenter must be OK with only having access to space when the home owner is available. Home owner will work with you get access to the space.

nItems will be left alone, and the home owner is not responsible for damage due to a random home or natural catastrophe or a theft within the home.

nHome owner does have a cat, but he is never allowed in the closet.
